- Gunn students receiving Special Education services have an IEP and have an inclusive education to the greatest extent possible with individualized support. All students should also be working on self-advocacy skills and independence for optimal post-secondary success. Students may participate in our FUTURES program which builds on individual strengths and potential, with opportunities for meaningful transferable academic, life, vocational and social/leisure skills. The primary contact for questions or concerns is your student’s case manager. Your case manager works with the student, family, counselor and teachers to optimize the learning experience. Students with disabilities who have a 504 plan should contact their school counselor for questions or concerns with classroom, homework or testing accommodations.
