Homecoming is a long-standing tradition at many American high schools and colleges. It is a celebration of the school community and is a chance for current students to join with returning alumni and the rest of the school community to develop “school spirit” and camaraderie.

Monday, October 10th, 6-8:30 PM, Bow and Titan Gyms
Plan to attend the 2016 College Fair at Gunn High School on October 10th in the Bow and Titan Gymnasiums. Over 140 college and university representatives will be on hand to answer questions about their institutions. Seniors can get accurate and timely information to complete their college applications, and Juniors can begin to plan for next year.

The expansion of Gunn’s 1/1 Learning Program to our 10th and 11th grade classes is helping to ensure every student has access to educational content while also giving teachers the freedom to integrate technology into their lessons.

Site Council is a valuable forum where Gunn’s staff, students and parents are all present to discuss issues related to the school – it brings a unique and broad perspective which we value greatly! Meetings are almost monthly and anyone is welcome to visit. Read on about how Site Council differs from other school bodies.
Each year, PAUSD School Board members are assigned four or five schools with whom they will liaise for a year or two. This year, Terry Godfrey is the liaison for Addison, Gunn, Hoover and the Adult School.
