As a member of the Gunn PTSA you are able to interact with other members, share ideas and take part in PTSA decision making. The PTSA helps members connect to the school, its staff, the students and their parents. Want to learn more about what we do?
Membership in the Gunn High School PTSA is $10 per member. 52% of membership dues are passed on to support the activities of the Palo Alto PTA Council (PTAC), and the California and National PTA organizations. 48% remains with the Gunn PTSA to further its goals and objectives.
The Gunn High School PTSA holds an annual Direct Appeal campaign to raise funds for classroom and other school resources to enhance the learning environment for our students, parents and faculty. A contribution of $300 per student is encouraged but any amount is welcome! These funds are put to work in the very school year in which they are raised.
Membership and Direct Appeal contribution forms are distributed in the Back-to-School packet in August. This form may be returned to the PTSA at any time with a check.
Membership and Direct Appeal contributions may also be remitted online, using the secure servers at Paypal by clicking below. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay online as you may also use a credit card.
Your contribution to the Gunn PTSA may have a multiplier effect if your employer has a gift matching program. Our Direct Appeal chairpersons will follow up to obtain and process the necessary forms.
